Intruducing SmartyPantsShop

My name is Jennifer Titton and about a month before my wedding I made myself an embroidered sweat suit.  The Hoodie read “Soon to Be Mrs. Ross Titton.”   Of course Ross (my husband-to-be) loved it.  I mean, how flattering.  Not only did he love it, strangers loved it.  Every time I wore it, people would stop me and say “That is adorable!   Where did you get that suit?”

This was about the same time I was trying to find gifts for my bridesmaids.   I wanted to buy them something unique and fun.  Then it hit me … I should make them custom embroidered sweatsuits.  Just like the set I had made for myself.  Only these would be personalized with their initials in their favorite color combinations.   What a hit!   They loved them.  In fact, they all decided to wear them when we got ready on “The Big Day” as well as to Brunch the following day.

After the wedding I received many phone calls from guests who had seen the girls and wanted similar suits for their sisters, daughters, daughter-in-laws, friends, etc.   You get the point.  It just caught on.   So, with the support of my adoring new husband (he actually thought of the name “Smarty Pants”) I started a business  www.smartypantsshop.com.  

Smarty Pants Custom Sweat Suits have become the must-have gift for every bride and bridesmaid.   In fact, Smarty Pants was recently featured on THE NBC TODAY SHOW segment Today Throws a Destination Wedding!   See our website for photos!

In addition to sweat suits, we are now making gingham lined boat totes – trés preppy.  As well as children’s clothes and baby bibs by special request.   Most recently we’ve added golf shirts for Grooms and other men in the wedding party.  I love making our men’s shirts.  I always crack a smile when I see “Soon to Be Jennifer’s Husband.”
