Today I will be happier than a bird with a french fry

The images we received for this next wedding submission, shocked and surprised me. Why? Well because this is the work of the bride’s very good friend, who was attending the wedding! Someone else was actually the “official” photographer! The super talented Angela Hubbard captured so much of the details the bride and groom poured themselves into creating. From the place cards and candy centerpieces to the reception menus, favor bags and customized photo booth – this couple is the definition of Do-It-Yourself-Couture! I love it all and I love that they had so much fun with it. They even incorporated an I Spy table game, encouraging guests to use the disposable cameras to capture all the wonderful moments throughout the evening.

Bridgette + Biff are obviously extremely creative individuals, but one thing stood out above all the rest in these images. One thing that could not be overlooked. One thing that made a lasting impression on me and I’m sure will do the same for you.  Look how happy they are! Look how much joy and love and laughter is surrounding them in virtually every image! Look at how the two of them absolutely radiate when they are next to each other. This is a moment they won’t soon forget and kudos to such an amazing friend and photographer for capturing it all for them.

As the framed mantra stated “Today I will be happier than a bird with a french fry.” And from my bird’s eye view, I would say they most certainly were.
